Studio met lampen, achtergronden en ruimte voor een kleine crew

A small crew can make plenty of work when everyone knows what needs doing. Keep the first plan manageable: a short shot list, a fixed lighting setup and someone watching the schedule.

Assign roles before arriving

Agree who photographs, who assists with lighting and who handles styling and scheduling. Roles can overlap, but tasks cannot always happen at the same time. If the photographer also checks clothing, allow time for it. Ask which support the studio can provide as an extra service.

Use equipment you can operate

Request a specific list of lights, triggers and modifiers. Check compatibility with your camera and whether someone can explain the setup. Keep extra backdrops or complex lighting changes in the plan only if you have the people and time for them.

Put essential images first

Separate required images from optional ideas. Start with a test, finish the main series and then assess whether there is time for a second setup. Check your files before packing and leave time to restore the studio.
