Lounge als onderdeel van een studioportfolio

A prospective renter needs to assess whether their production will fit in your space. Keep your portfolio concrete: overview photos, dimensions, facilities and a clear contact point help more than a long list of general promises.

Show the set and the rest of the space

Use recent overview photos from several angles. Show the windows, access, preparation areas and any lounge too. Make clear which images show the space and which are production examples. Update your photos after a renovation or a change to the layout.

Include what a renter needs to know

Check your address, contact details, floor area, ceiling height and access information. Describe which equipment is included and what costs extra. Explain how renters request availability and when they can expect a reply.

Make offers specific

A discount is useful only when the renter knows which space, date and duration it covers. State the normal price, deal price and included facilities. Publish only time slots you can offer and remove expired offers. Avoid promising a fixed number of visitors or bookings without evidence.
